We designed four wine labels for a special edition called “Trinkvergnügen” (“Drinking Pleasure”) by
the austrian winery Dürnberg.
Winemaking is an art. The wine-maker develops wines with each individual character, investing
a lot of passion and ability.
Therefore we chose to translate this process into
an artistic language.
with a multitude
of abstract forms we
reduced the selection.
In the end, we choose
the right shape for each
of the four wines
that best represents
the character and
taste of the wine.
The abstract forms
are supposed to
inspire the viewer's imagination, and
evoke associations, memories, and
feelings — just like
good wine does.
